You'll become a trusted point of contact for day-to-day account management activities, providing support across programme delivery, claims coordination, market engagement, and client reporting. As your knowledge grows, you'll deepen your understanding of aerospace insurance products, market practices and emerging industry exposures while contributing to a team that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning.
Key areas of focus include:• Supporting the placement and servicing of aerospace and aviation insurance programmes.• Building relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.• Preparing market submissions, renewal information, and contractual documentation.• Coordinating claims activity and providing regular updates to clients.• Producing premium calculations, reports, and analysis to support client servicing activities.
About you
• Experience working within the London Market insurance industry in a broking, account management, or client servicing environment.• Additional language skills are welcomed. As a global business, the ability to communicate in more than one language may provide additional value when supporting international clients, brokers and stakeholders across the aerospace and aviation sector.• The ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.• Confidence working with numerical data, calculations and reports while maintaining accuracy.• The ability to explain information clearly through conversations, presentations, and written communications.• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.• The ability to organise competing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.• An interest in Aerospace & Aviation and a desire to develop specialist market knowledge.• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from colleagues across the business.• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
At Gallagher, you'll find a culture built on integrity, opportunity, and collaboration. We encourage colleagues to ask questions, share ideas, and take ownership of their development while benefiting from the support of accessible leaders and experienced mentors.
