Description
Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old.
- A criminal background check is required.
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Schedule:
This is a 40+ hour work week and will be on call for maintenance emergencies.
8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Duties:
As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
- Drywall
- Taking out the trash
- Minor electrical work
- Repairs
- Plumbing
