As Cook A, you will play an important role in preparing ingredients, completing mise en place, and supporting daily kitchen operations. You will ensure food quality, freshness, and consistency while maintaining an organized workstation and following food-safety and hygiene standards.

Job Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Cooking
Prepare ingredients through marinating, seasoning, portioning, and basic cooking.
Complete assigned preparation tasks according to recipes and the station plan.
Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly prepared, and ready for service.
Kitchen Operations & Teamwork
Support the Chef de Partie during preparation and service.
Organize tasks independently while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Assist other stations during busy periods or staff absences.
Hygiene & Food Safety
Keep work surfaces, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
Ensure food is properly labelled and safely stored.
Follow food-safety, allergen, hygiene, and workplace-safety procedures.
