Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Strategy and Execution team, located in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Global V3x30 Director. The Global V3x30 Director leads and manages the daily operations of executing our 2030 Vision, including managing dashboards and reporting, annual target-setting, coordinating global V3x30 communications, progress updates to our executive committee, and integration of V3x30 with the larger business. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders to drive steady progress on long-term strategic initiatives and achievement of our annual targets. This role also owns global market intelligence reporting and other special projects that aim to improve our V3x30 objectives.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the process of annual target-setting for V3x30 objectives and KPIs
• Coordinates global V3x30 communications and awards
• Integrates V3x30 with the broader business
• Drives decision and actions – supports Portfolio Leads to build the capabilities of Initiative/Project Owners to meet expectations
• Ensures flawless and timely preparation of all materials for ExCom briefing meetings, and other materials required for the V3x30 office
• Maintains single point of truth on what is in the pipeline and what potential roadblocks exist
• Maintains single point of truth on the organization well and is proactive in finding individuals that can assist in eliminating roadblocks
• Collaborate with Regional Finance and Sustainability Leads to ensure reconciliation of program impact and forecasted impact
• Provide program performance transparency
• Briefs senior leadership on transformation for management updates and internal communications
• Validate and ensure reporting on Accolade reflects V3x30 performance and highlight exceptions to management team
• Guarantee accuracy and data integrity of the v3x30 KPI dashboard providing clear feedback on company´s performance
• Present/support preparation of program updates during key stakeholder meetings
• Review and evaluate competitive threats in 3x30 strategy execution, including competitors, customers, and suppliers.
• Supporting with background research and analysis on various 3x30 projects and initiatives.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership roles within the Aluminum or related industries.
• Strong industry knowledge and network, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading global commercial teams.
• Experience in change-management is crucial. Incumbent should be able to manage change effectively, ensuring maximum engagement and adoption among employees
• Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Proven ability in strategic planning, developing and implementing strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Global mindset and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field
