The Manufacturing Senior Specialist - Material Plan & Execution is responsible for tracking and controlling the materials in our FPS inventory for each quarter. This person will track the consumption of materials (ins and outs) according to production, working very closely with both manufacturing and logistics bases to make sure operations are not short on any essentials. This employee will also be responsible for suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures to use our inventory more efficiently.

As a Lead Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing materials inventory, prepare and update reports (Current quarter).
• Ensuring operational alignment with S&OP, production plan and KPIs and optimize inventory.
• Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and improvements in products, processes, and procedures
• Handling material demand and provide guidelines for choosing the right actions
• Updating processes and procedures that are frequently adjusted by other functions and have to be implemented in the department

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferrable, but other correlated fields are acceptable based on relevance to the role)
• Advanced/fluent English (required)
• Advanced Portuguese
• Oracle and Teamcenter experience
• Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
• Strong experience with supply chain process, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience with materials/inventory planning applied to a large manufacturing operation context (desirable)
