As a Senior Communications Specialist within PNC's Asset Management Group Investment Office organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA or Philadelphia, PA.

As a Senior Communications Specialist for the Asset Management Group Investment Office, you will have cross-functional responsibilities that will be split primarily between collateral administrative support (shared mailbox maintenance, request delegation, material review, approval coordination) and conference/event planning. Responsibilities will include:

• Executing conference and event planning tasks. This includes initial outreach with business partners to verify participation, securing venues and resources, sourcing giveaways, executing and hosting post-event debrief meetings.
• Coordinating event scheduling details, including speaker availability, presentation materials (when applicable), and communicating updates with internal and external business partners.
• Assisting in the management of various team mailboxes, triaging and dispositioning emails received.
• Ensuring collateral is current, accessible and aligned across various profiles.
• Assisting in the management of collateral particularly around managing expirations and required reviews.
• Assisting in collateral submissions for legal and compliance approval. Coordinating material approval routings.
• Maintaining and updating materials across our shared drives and content management platform (Seismic). Editing, formatting and maintaining photos in Photoshop.
• Support the development, review and distribution of communications.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Microsoft Office Suite expertise
• Experience using SharePoint
• Ability to prioritize projects, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• General knowledge of graphics/photo-editing software preferred
• Seismic and Photoshop experience preferred

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $63,750.00 – $106,250.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
