Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Do you enjoy working in a service-oriented industry? If so, this opportunity may be the right fit for you!

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Client Data and Application Integrations to join our team. In this role, you will lead our integration team and drive the successful implementation of integration projects across the organization. You will work with technology, product, and business teams to develop integration strategies, manage execution, and ensure systems and applications work together effectively.

This is an opportunity to directly impact how Modivcare connects systems, supports business initiatives, and delivers successful integration projects. You will help build an integration roadmap, manage complex initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and innovation.

We're looking for a strong technology leader with software integration experience who can lead teams, manage complex projects, and build relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate is collaborative, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will...

  • Play a key role in defining integration strategies, managing project execution, and ensuring the seamless integration of systems and applications across the organization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of integration specialists, engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and implement integration solutions that meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to gather integration requirements, define project scope, and prioritize initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive integration roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements for integration projects.
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of integration tools, platforms, and technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Manage all aspects of integration project delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor and track integration project performance, identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, and taking proactive measures to mitigate potential impacts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to support integration efforts and drive innovation.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on integration projects, including progress against milestones, budget, and resource utilization.
  • Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in integration and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Determine appropriate staffing and resources to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Define annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.
  • Direct and mentor leaders on performance, career development, onboarding, succession planning, employee relations, and other people-management responsibilities.
  • Own employee satisfaction and retention and support initiatives that strengthen team performance.
  • Direct and influence change management initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies cross-functionally.
  • Prepare and manage budget as assigned; analyze variances and initiate corrective actions to maximize operational performance.
  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

We are excited to speak to someone with...

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Eight (8) plus years experience in software integration, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex integration initiatives.
  • Three (3) plus years leadership responsibility with strong team management skills and the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Deep understanding of integration technologies, protocols, and standards, including APIs, ETL, messaging queues, and middleware.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare, specifically Medicaid and Medicare Advantage environments, and the ability to navigate healthcare strategy and tools.
  • Solid project management skills, including Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Asana.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical or detailed information into clear messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ability to identify the impact of change to clients, members, and teammates and define appropriate readiness needs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and collaborative with the ability to work across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality, integrity, and appropriate judgment.
  • Experience working in regulated industries, such as healthcare or finance, is a plus.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
