Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Managers to join an established commercial insurance team. Opportunities are available for both an experienced professional and an early-career candidate. These roles support commercial clients across industries such as construction, forestry, contracting, and related sectors.

Responsibilities
Experienced Account Manager

Manage a commercial lines book of business with A–Z servicing responsibilities.

Handle quoting and servicing for new and renewal business.

Provide high-level account management and client support.

Service accounts across industries such as construction, forestry, contracting, and related commercial sectors.

Collaborate with support team members on administrative and routine servicing needs.

Maintain strong client relationships and support account retention.
Early-Career Account Manager
-
Handle routine servicing responsibilities, including certificates of insurance, endorsements, and billing inquiries.

Provide administrative support to experienced account managers.

Assist with client onboarding and new business processing.

Maintain accurate account documentation and support day-to-day client service needs.
Qualifications/Requirements

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

Early-career candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant insurance experience.

Experienced candidates should have 5+ years of commercial lines account management experience.

Experience with construction, contractor, trucking, or similar commercial accounts is preferred for experienced candidates.

Proficiency with Applied EPIC.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and client service skills.

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
Compensation Package
-
Early-Career Role: $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
-
Experienced Role: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with potential up to $125,000 for highly qualified candidates.

Comprehensive benefits package.

Onsite work is preferred, with remote candidates on the East Coast considered.
