CARDIAC PHYSIOLOGIST
(Basic Grade)
Full-Time Permanent Position
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the full-time permanent post of Cardiac Physiologist (Basic Grade).
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and enjoy the challenges of working in a busy Cardiac Department rotating between the main department and the Cardiac Catheterisation Lab and possess the following skills at a minimum:
Requirements:
- Possess the BSc. in Clinical Measurement Science, Certificate in Medical Physics and Physiological Measurement (MPPM) or hold an equivalent qualification
- Previous experience at a similar level desirable
- Technical proficiency in both adult Trans-thoracic Echocardiography and/or Cath Lab procedures would be an advantage
- BSE Accreditation desirable
- Excellent communication/inter-personal skills and a high capacity for responsibility and individual initiative
