WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯

We're hiring a Creator Partnerships & Growth Manager to grow RYZE's TikTok Shop revenue through our highest-value creators. This is a growth-accountable role: you'll own the GMV, impressions, and retention that top-tier creator investment generates, and you'll be evaluated on those outcomes.

You'll build the pipeline of creators worth investing in beyond standard commission, negotiate and structure deals against clear ROI, and use performance data to decide where RYZE should scale its investment and where it shouldn't. Relationship management and white-glove service are tools you'll use to drive those results — alongside sharp negotiation and rigorous performance reporting.

Responsibilities will include:

Creator Recruitment, Activation & Funnel Ownership

• Build and own the pipeline from high-potential TikTok Shop affiliate to signed, negotiated top-tier partner — working with the affiliate coaching team to surface candidates and track conversion at each stage.
• Grow the top-tier creator roster to 100+ creators who move from onboarded to consistently productive, prioritizing by GMV potential, impressions, conversion strength, and brand fit.
• Set and refine investment-tier criteria using performance data, and build the business case for each deal.
  

Negotiation & Contract Management

• Negotiate commission structures, retainer fees, bonuses, exclusivity terms, and usage rights with creators and their managers or agencies — protecting margin while securing investment-worthy talent.
• Draft and maintain partnership contracts, keeping terms compliant and tracked through renewal or expiration.
• Own budget allocation across top-tier partnerships, adjusting spend based on demonstrated ROI.
• Work with legal and finance to keep contract terms, payment structures, and deliverables properly documented and executed.

Performance, Retention & Scale

• Drive creator-driven TikTok Shop GMV and impressions/content views and measurably contribute to overall channel growth.
• Increase the share of top-tier creators generating meaningful sales volume, using content output as a leading indicator rather than the goal itself.
• Improve the speed and consistency of seeding, activation, and campaign execution so creators move from signed to selling as fast as possible.
• Grow the renewal and repeat-partnership rate of high-performing creators; flag underperforming partnerships for renegotiation or exit.
• Build and deliver regular performance reporting: what's working, what isn't, and where RYZE should scale investment.

High-Touch Creator Experience

• Deliver a high-touch experience for RYZE's top-tier creators — covering product shipments, content approvals, live shopping support, and promo calendar coordination — with fast turnaround.
• Resolve escalations diplomatically to protect both the relationship and the brand's reputation.
• Use service quality as a lever to drive renewal and increased investment over time.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Events

• Represent RYZE at creator events, TikTok Shop summits, and brand activations, including occasional travel.
• Align top-tier strategy with the broader affiliate program alongside the Brand Growth Strategist and affiliate coaching team.
• Build co-branded campaigns, launches, and exclusive content moments with Marketing and PR that extend the commercial impact of top-tier relationships.

Professional Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or partnerships, with a track record of owning revenue or impressions/content views outcomes.
• Experience negotiating creator or talent contracts and building a business case for investment based on performance data.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop commission structures, GMV-based and impressions-based performance models, and how to translate that into a creator investment strategy.
• Comfortable drafting or reviewing contracts and navigating legal and compliance conversations (usage rights, exclusivity, FTC disclosure).
• Skilled negotiator who protects budget and can point to the ROI behind a deal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident representing the brand directly to high-profile talent and their teams.
• Highly organized — able to manage a smaller but higher-stakes roster with close attention to contract terms, deadlines, and performance tracking.
• Willing and able to travel occasionally for creator events and industry conferences.

• Talent communication — Executive-level communication with creators, managers, and agencies. Represents RYZE with confidence and professionalism.
• Escalation & conflict management — Resolves creator issues diplomatically without sacrificing the brand's position or the relationship.
• Cross-functional collaboration — Aligns top-tier creator strategy with affiliate, marketing, and PR to maximize commercial impact.
