 Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas. Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification Service Business Area in Jordan.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Driving Service Sales, developing and manage service opportunities for ABB Electrification products and solutions to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Developing service solutions & promote MV/LV switchgear extension for ABB and Non-ABB, protection relays, modernization, retrofit, extension, spare parts, and lifecycle service solutions.
• Preparing & managing offers, preparing technical and commercial proposals and manage opportunities from customer inquiry through negotiation and order closing.
• Building customer relationships & develop strong customer relationships, understand the installed base and customer needs, and identify new service opportunities.

Qualifications for the role

 

• Experience with Medium Voltage and Low Voltage switchgear and related service solutions.
• Knowledge of ABB protection relay families and protection & control solutions.
• Experience in modernization, retrofit, extension, upgrade, and replacement solutions for electrical equipment.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in technical and commercial offer preparation, customer communication, and coordination with factories and technical teams.
