Formal make‑up certification and/or previous retail artistry experience is desirable, however we also welcome passionate applicants with strong amateur artistry skills and a genuine love for the M·A·C brand. • Role Requirements

• Ability to facilitate exceptional, personalized customer service by providing tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills
• Achieve KPI’s and sales targets through driving retail events, makeup appointments and theme days
• Leading by example with impeccable 100% M.A.C black professional, polished grooming
• Confidently wear and demonstrate diverse makeup looks
• Ensure you & your team are attending mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required)

• Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) – portfolio or examples required

• Ability to travel to other locations when required
