Director of Case Management (RN)
Location: Missoula County, Montana
Schedule: Full-time, 0.8–1.0 FTE; on-site
Reports to: Chief Nursing Officer
Position Overview
An acute care hospital in western Montana is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Director of Case Management. This senior leadership opportunity is suited to a candidate with hospital case management leadership experience and a commitment to patient advocacy, coordinated care, and effective transitions through discharge.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to lead and support a hospital case management team.
Required Qualifications
Current Montana RN license or eligibility to obtain one.
At least one year of hospital case management leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Two to five years of hospital case management leadership experience.
Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration.
Extensive experience leading case management services in a hospital setting.
