• ক্ষুদ্রঋণ পরিচালিত প্রতিষ্ঠানের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
• ডাটা ম্যানেজমেন্ট সফটওয়্যার এবং কম্পিউটার অফিস প্রোগ্রাম বিশেষ করে এক্সেলে পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
• পিকেএসএফ এর অডিট ও পরিদর্শন আপত্তি /পর্যবেক্ষণসমূহ এর নিষ্পত্তি কাজে সহযোগিতা এবং কেন্দ্রীয় কার্যালয়ের ক্যাশ বুক, জেনারেল লেজার, কন্ট্রোল লেজার, চেক ইস্যু রেজিষ্টার, সম্পত্তি রেজিষ্টার ও ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরণী প্রস্তুতকরনে বিশেষভাবে পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
• দায়িত্ব ও কাজের চাপ নেয়ার মন মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
• প্রথম ৬ মাস কাজকর্ম পর্যবেক্ষণে সন্তোষজনক বিবেচিত হলে পরবর্তীতে নিয়মিত করণের ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।
• ডেটার ইনস্টলেশন, কনফিগারেশন, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, ব্যাকআপ এবং পুনরুদ্ধার। সিস্টেমের জটিল সমস্যাগুলির জন্য প্রাথমিক সহায়তা প্রদান এবং ব্যবহারকারীদের এবং ডেটা সেন্টার অপারেশনগুলির বর্ধিত সমস্যাগুলির জন্য সহায়তা প্রদান ৷
• ডেস্কটপ কম্পিউটার, ল্যাপটপ, ট্যাবলেট, নেটওয়ার্ক প্রিন্টার, ফটোকপিয়ার, স্ক্যানার ইত্যাদি ইনস্টল ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ।
• এমআইএস এবং আইটি বিষয়ক ট্রেনিং প্রদানে দক্ষ ও মন মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
• ব্যবস্থাপনা কর্তৃপক্ষ অতিরিক্ত দায়িত্ব দিলে তা যথাযথভাবে পালন করা।
