JOB SUMMARY
Join a well-known Finnish meat industry company for the 2027 season! We are looking for experienced Meat Cutters to work in the cutting department using the Marel cutting line, processing beef and lamb carcass parts.Your responsibilitiesCutting and trimming beef carcass parts using the Marel cutting line.Identifying, processing, and portioning beef and lamb cuts.Maintaining product quality and following hygiene and food safety standards.Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.What we expectMinimum 5 years of practical experience in cutting beef carcass parts.Strong knife-handling skills and excellent knowledge of carcass anatomy.Experience in meat processing (experience with Marel or similar cutting systems is an advantage).Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and meet production targets.Valid Hygiene Passport (can be obtained through the employer).Valid salmonella test certificate before employment starts.What we offerSalary according to the Finnish meat industry collective agreement, starting from €13.92/hour (with 5+ years of experience). - Higher earnings available after demonstrating your skills and experience.Evening shift allowance: €2.40/hour.Staff discount at the factory shop.Assistance with accommodation during the employment period.Excellent work-life balance and the opportunity to work for a respected Finnish company.Contract period: April 2027 - September 2027Interested?
