Job Summary
- Responsible for providing IT technical support, maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, network, server, and access-control systems within the hospital environment.
Key Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in hospital IT technical support and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, servers, networking, and access-control systems.
- Mandatory knowledge of Concept HIS and ADHICS.
- Good communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
