Endodontist

Are you looking to add up to 1 day/week to your schedule (2 days/month minimum)? We are looking for an Endodontist to join a top-notch, private dental practice on a part-time basis. This position comes with in-house referrals, all equipment needed to be successful, and flexible scheduling!

As a member of the team, you will enjoy a full schedule provided from in-house referrals (already lined up). This practice is very reputable with a wealth of referrals setup and ready for you day 1.  This position is open to new grads along with experienced Endodontists alike. Expect a practice that is fully digital with state-of-the-art equipment along with your choice/input on a microscope. See specifics on compensation below!

Here are some key features to consider about this position:

• Part-time opportunity
  • 2-4 days/month
• Guaranteed daily minimum range $1,300-$1,800 (experience depending)
• % negotiable, range experience depending
• Choice of microscope/additional equipment if needed
• 1099 Employment
• Dedicated operatory that’s fully digital with some sedation capabilities

Why should you consider picking up 2-4 days a month as an Endodontist?

This arrangement ensures a consistent flow of endodontic cases, such as root canals, without the need for extensive marketing or patient acquisition efforts, allowing the endodontist to focus on clinical work. The general dentist’s established practice provides modern equipment and staff, reducing overhead costs and enabling efficient workflows with pre-screened referrals. Compensation can be negotiated as a percentage of production or a daily rate, offering financial stability. The collaborative environment improves treatment planning and patient outcomes, enhancing satisfaction and trust. The part-time schedule provides flexibility for work-life balance or other professional pursuits, while diverse cases keep clinical skills sharp. This setup may also open doors to long-term partnerships or practice opportunities.
