About The Role
Knight Frank is seeking to recruit a Senior Lettings Negotiator for its fast paced and highly successful King's Cross office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to play a key role in growing Knight Frank's presence across the local market while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
You will be responsible for generating new business, winning instructions, negotiating deals, and building long term client relationships in one of London's most dynamic property markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Negotiate and close lettings transactions, delivering a professional and efficient service throughout the process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, applicants, and local businesses
• Generate new business opportunities and identify ways to grow market share
• Conduct viewings and accompany clients as required
• Undertake property valuations and support instruction winning activities
• Remain responsive to market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies where necessary
• Maintain Knight Frank's high professional standards and compliance procedures
• Accurately research market data and present insights confidently to clients
• Foster trust, confidentiality, and long term relationships with clients and colleagues
Key Experience Required
• Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator, with experience operating at Senior Negotiator level
• Proven track record of generating business and successfully negotiating deals
• Strong knowledge of the Central London lettings market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and client focused approach
