Job Description

  • Ensure the effectiveness and compliance rate of quality and food safety standards (FSSC 22000, Halal, Kosher, and CPPOB).
  • Maintain and manage up-to-date documentation across hardcopy files and the electronic Quality Management System (Document Controller).
  • Drive and optimize production line readiness and availability for Kosher manufacturing.
  • Champion and evaluate the implementation of the internal Food Safety Culture.
  • Handle statutory, environmental, and industrial compliance (UKL/UPL, industrial business licensing, domestic investment permits, and local domicile permits).
