- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Team Leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline and foster a high-performance culture.
- Establish strong partnerships with Business Unit leaders, SCM managers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of priorities and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, standardization, Lean methodologies, and operational excellence practices.
- Lead performance governance through regular business reviews, KPI monitoring, escalation management, and corrective action planning.

- Champion digital transformation by leveraging automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and technology-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning across teams.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through effective use of operational analytics and business insights.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, compliance requirements, internal controls, and supply chain governance standards.

- Master's degree or professional certifications in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Change Management would be advantageous.
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Sourcing, Planning, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes.
- Experience working within shared services, global business services, or centralized operations models.
