What you’ll contribute to
An exciting opportunity for a Lexus Strategy & Project Coordinator to join Lexus Australia in full-time permanent role.
The Lexus Division is responsible for planning, coordination and execution for sales, aftersales, marketing and strategy through delivering offerings to the highest levels of luxury that exceed customers' expectations in order to achieve sales volume, market share and profitability objectives and strengthen the Lexus brand.
The Lexus Strategy & Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of strategic partnerships, programs, and initiatives that enhance the Lexus brand, strengthen customer engagement and loyalty, and drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and sales performance across Australia.
This role is based in Port Melbourne and offers flexible working arrangements. Occasional interstate travel may be required as part of the role.
How you’ll make an impact
- Coordinate cross-functional vehicle launch planning and governance, aligning key milestones, stakeholders, risks and dependencies to support the successful delivery of new models and product updates.
- Support the development and implementation of Lexus business, product and electrification strategies, translating strategic priorities into clear plans, initiatives and measurable outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives across Lexus and broader Toyota functions, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage customer, market, brand and competitor research programs, translating complex findings into actionable insights and recommendations that support business planning and decision-making.
- Develop executive reports, presentations and performance updates, consolidating information across multiple business areas to provide leadership with clear visibility of progress, risks and opportunities.
- Support strategic supplier and partner relationships, including performance monitoring, commercial coordination and the delivery of customer and dealer-facing programs at the expected quality and cost.

- Experience coordinating projects, programs or initiatives in a corporate environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with dealerships, suppliers, external partners and cross-functional teams.
- Experience analysing data, market trends and customer insights to support business planning, decision-making and strategic recommendations.
- Well-developed organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to coordinate activities, timelines and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with experience preparing reports, presentations and business updates.
- An interest in the automotive industry, vehicle technologies and customer experience, with previous experience in automotive, retail, marketing, strategy or related industries highly regarded.
