Join our Operations team and play a critical role in ensuring the execution of cleanroom and packaging operations that meet the highest quality, safety, and compliance standards. In this leadership position, you will drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that support business growth and customer outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Lead daily cleanroom and packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
- Manage, develop, and coach production team members while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee development activities.
- Plan workforce availability and allocate resources to ensure uninterrupted production and packaging processes.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve performance objectives.
- Oversee production documentation, in-process controls, and product quality activities to maintain compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Investigate non-conformities, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support root cause analysis activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of new technologies, processes, and validation activities.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance activities and ensure effective training of operators and contract personnel.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, or quality management within a regulated environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supervising teams in a cleanroom, packaging, or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Communicative proficiency in Polish and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace industries.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of statistical process control and manufacturing data analysis.
- Proficiency in German or French.
Poland Pay Ranges:
- Poland, Skawina: zł150.700 - zł251.200 PLN Annual
