About Our Family
We’re a warm, close-knit household with three school-age children (11, 9, and 6), and our afternoons are the heart of our family rhythm. From 3:00–7:00 PM, the house moves quickly; school pickups, activities, snacks, homework check-ins, and the early stages of dinner all overlapping in a way that can feel like we’re in two places at once.
We care deeply about creating a home that feels calm and steady for our kids at the end of the day. The little details mean everything to us: a quiet moment to unwind, a well-stocked kitchen with thoughtful inventory management, meals prepped and ready to go, and living spaces that feel restored and welcoming. We value thoughtful, consistent systems that keep the household running smoothly and make weekday evenings feel organized, efficient, and easy for everyone.
We’re hoping to build a long-term, trusting partnership with someone who becomes a steady presence in our weekly flow. We value clear, respectful communication and a collaborative working style. Someone who can take ownership day-to-day, keep us in the loop with quick updates, and help us refine routines over time. We also truly appreciate someone who can bring a calm, confident presence with kids while still keeping the afternoon moving forward.
Who You Are / What We're Looking For
You’re the kind of person who naturally brings calm to a busy household: organized, dependable, and thoughtfully proactive. You don’t need a daily checklist to thrive; you notice what needs to happen next, build smart routines, and follow through with care. You take pride in creating systems that make life feel lighter and more seamless for the family.
With kids, you’re warm, steady, and confident, someone who can connect easily while still keeping the afternoon moving. You communicate clearly and respectfully, understand family rhythms, and know how to support children without taking over.
You do well in a role where each day is a little different. You’re flexible, self-directed, and comfortable pivoting as schedules shift. If you’re excited about partnering with a family long-term, showing up consistently, taking ownership, and helping the household run smoothly, we’d love to meet you.
