- Ability to independently manage daily HR responsibilities and make sound decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to adjust priorities quickly.
- Comfortable working directly with employees in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Previous manufacturing HR experience strongly preferred.
- College degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Experience with B&L Odyssey and Paylocity is a plus.
The Right Person for This Role
We are looking for more than someone who can process HR paperwork. We need an experienced HR professional who is willing to be present on the manufacturing floor, build relationships with employees, support our managers, address issues as they arise, and take ownership of the HR function.
If you are a bilingual HR professional who enjoys working with people, can handle challenging situations professionally, and thrives in a fast-moving manufacturing environment, we would like to hear from you.
