We're seeking a reliable, customer-focused Mail Services Associate to support mail and package operations across a busy manufacturing campus. What You'll Do:
- As a Mail Services Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring important mail and packages reach the right people at the right time.
Responsibilities include:
- Sorting, processing, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Performing scheduled mail pickups and deliveries throughout the campus.
- Operating a company vehicle to transport mail and packages safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate handling and tracking of mail items.
- Providing professional, friendly customer service to employees and departments.
- Assisting with shipping, receiving, and other mailroom-related duties as needed.
- Supporting a smooth and organized flow of communication across the facility.

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily routes effectively.
- Comfortable walking, standing, and moving throughout a large manufacturing campus.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Prior mailroom, delivery, logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday.
- 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
- 1-hour lunch break.
Work Environment: 100% Onsite.

Compensation: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour.
