Starting Pay: $17+ per hour

We are looking for a Chick-fil-A Leader who is ready to lead by example, develop others, and help our restaurant achieve excellence every day.

Team Leaders support senior leadership in executing daily operations and holding team members accountable to each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.

The two primary areas of focus for a Team Leader are:

• Executing tasks that help the restaurant run effectively
• Coaching and developing team members

Our leaders set the tone for the restaurant. They lead by example and create an environment where team members can learn, grow, and succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Chick-fil-A Leader, you will:

• Lead and inspire team members during daily restaurant operations
• Coach, train, and develop team members and future leaders
• Hold team members accountable to our standards and expectations
• Grow and develop other leaders
• Delegate responsibilities effectively and follow up on execution
• Participate operationally in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Maintain high standards for food safety, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Provide excellent guest service and confidently handle guest recovery situations
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Participate in leadership meetings and ongoing training
• Help manage restaurant labor and deployment
• Assist with cash management and accountability
• Assist with inventory management and operational organization
• Manage conflict with maturity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
• Take initiative and identify opportunities to improve the restaurant
• Create a positive, encouraging environment where people want to work and grow
• Support senior leadership in achieving restaurant goals and maintaining Operational Excellence

Previous leadership experience is helpful, but we are also willing to invest in the right person who demonstrates leadership potential and a desire to grow.

Schedule

This is a leadership position requiring flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays.

We are closed on Sundays, so you will always have Sundays off.
