You’ll work within an established family law practice with experienced litigation staff and direct access to mentorship from a board-certified family law attorney. Expectations are clear, supervision is appropriate to your experience; collaboration—not isolation—is how work gets done.

If You Are a Newly Licensed Attorney:

• You will receive training, supervision, and clear direction

• You will not be sent to court unprepared

• You will learn how to draft pleadings, communicate with clients, and manage cases correctly

• Questions are expected—and encouraged

If You Are an Experienced Attorney:

• You will have litigation and administrative support, not unnecessary micromanagement

• You can focus on advocacy, strategy, and client representation

• You will have access to mentorship and collaboration, not practice in a silo
