Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior, Business Analysis professional to join our Logistics Operation Center team in Taiwan.

In this role, you will use data to improve operational visibility, identify business opportunities, and support better decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with operations and other cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, develop meaningful performance metrics, and translate complex data into practical insights.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data, enjoys solving business problems, and can communicate recommendations clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.

 

What You Will Do

• Develop and manage key business and operational metrics to provide visibility into the performance of the Logistics Operation Center.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards that support timely and data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, define analytical priorities, and develop practical solutions.
• Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support operational improvement initiatives by measuring business impact, monitoring results, and identifying areas for further optimization.
• Prepare business reviews and presentations to communicate key findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage multiple analytical projects while maintaining accuracy and delivering results within agreed timelines.

 

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis, data analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
• Experience using data to identify business issues, generate insights, and support decision-making.
• Working knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business-level English communication skills for collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, e-commerce, retail, or another operations-focused environment.
• Experience developing dashboards, performance metrics, or reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience working with large or complex datasets and presenting insights to business stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
• A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
