  • Perform rigorous QA across messaging, links, personalization, targeting, segmentation, and rendering across devices.
  • Ensure campaigns follow brand standards, legal requirements, data privacy regulations, and CRM best practices, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and opt-in requirements.
  • Partner with analytics teams to track campaign performance, identify insights or issues, and support ongoing optimization.
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation by building campaign variants and documenting results and learnings.
  • Manage CRM calendars, workflows, production checklists, campaign documentation, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of CRM execution.
  • Support new tools, lifecycle initiatives, and operational rollouts as the CRM program continues to evolve.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign production.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform; Klaviyo experience is preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience collaborating across creative, engineering, analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
  • Experience with personalization, segmentation, and dynamic content.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards, email deliverability, data privacy, and CRM compliance best practices.
  • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for email troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-market CRM programs is preferred.
  • A customer-first mindset and a drive to improve the rider and retailer experience through thoughtful, well-executed communication.
