Dermatologist

Position Highlights:

• Position: NSH MDG Board Certified Dermatology
• Location: 880 W Central Road Arlington Heights, IL
• Full Time - 40 hours per week (36 Bookable hours)
• Sign on Bonus: (If eligible) $25,000
• CME: $3,500/year for 1.0FTE. The CME allowance would be prorated for a reduced FTE.
• Required Travel: Yes
• Schedule: M-F
• Holiday: No

• Salary range: [$300,000-618,133]. The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures

Qualifications:

Minimum Education Level

• Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.

Minimum Licensure Requirements

• Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.

Minimum Certification Requirements

• Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
