Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Manage projects and sub-projects of medium to high complexity and risk . Plan and execute assigned projects from project initiation through project closure . Lead diverse, cross-functional project teams to achieve defined project objectives. Assign roles and responsibilities to Sub-Project Managers and Project Team Members , ensuring clear ownership and accountability. Continuously assess project risks and develop and implement appropriate risk mitigation plans . Monitor project progress and proactively manage and address project constraints . Identify and manage project changes , adapting the project approach as required to meet the defined scope, timeline, and budget . our profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  Min 5 years of relevant  roven experience managing projects from project initiation through project closure . Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams . Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management and risk management . Relevant Project Management certification is an advantage.
