We are committed to leading a revolution in oncology and beyond, seeking to redefine patient care and address unmet needs around the world. Through relentless innovation and our diverse portfolio, we are setting new standards for what science can achieve in the clinic and commercial marketplace alike.

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Director, Global Diagnostics for ETCAMAH to join our Global Diagnostics commercial team. This pivotal role helps channel our scientific capabilities to generate a positive impact and improve patients’ lives. As a Sr. Director, Global Diagnostics, you will lead commercial activities for diagnostics across key indications and launch brands, with a particular focus on ETCAMAH and other breast indications, while also providing biomarker and diagnostics expertise to help shape the breast tumor strategy. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple functions and geographies to ensure best-in-class diagnostics capabilities aligned to commercial and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of the integrated global diagnostics strategy for breast indications, ensuring alignment with franchise brand plans and commercial objectives.
  • Drive the creation and implementation of commercialization and marketing plans for each diagnostic, focused on launch readiness, growth, and maximizing patient impact.
  • Collaborate closely with franchise commercial teams, medical affairs, R&D, insights & analytics, market access, and local market affiliates to coordinate and optimize diagnostic initiatives globally.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with external oncology stakeholders, including patient advocacy and policy groups, diagnostic developers, key opinion leaders, and HTA/payer organizations to enhance diagnostics capabilities and value proposition.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to address challenges and opportunities in biomarker testing adoption, patient journeys, and the diagnostic sample testing pathway.
  • Enable markets to develop and execute effective strategies to drive awareness, adoption, access, availability, and accuracy of biomarker testing that inform and improve patient treatment.
  • Gather and leverage internal and external insights to inform strategy, monitor performance, and adjust tactics to maximize effectiveness and impact.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and execution across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Represent diagnostics strategy and progress in key business meetings and ensure the timely delivery of critical presentations and updates to leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical and/or diagnostics marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record in diagnostics launch and commercialization, particularly in oncology.
  • Proven team-oriented leader with excellent written and verbal communication abilities and the capability to influence across all levels within a matrix environment.
  • Global or in-market experience in developing and executing commercial strategies for diagnostics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform analysis into actionable strategy.
  • Thorough understanding of drug development and commercialization processes and the evolving breast biomarker landscape.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MBA) in a relevant discipline.
  • Global marketing experience, including diagnostic and therapeutic launches.
  • In-market launch experience.
  • Solid technical background in diagnostics development and biomarker science.
