- Design and evolve workflows for service provider network observability and management.
- Improve scalability and performance across services and through concurrency, query optimization, batching and streaming, memory and network efficiency, and rendering improvements.
- Strengthen security, privacy, and resilience throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Influence the team's adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and agentic workflows, while advancing AI-enabled product capabilities.
- Strengthen engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, quality metrics, and improvements to CI/CD and release practices across the application suite.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors + 8 years of related experience, or Masters + 6 years of related experience, or PhD + 3 years of related experience.
- Experience designing and developing Network Management Systems or telecom network management applications.
- Strong hands-on experience in writing concurrent Python code for complex applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven technical leadership of complex initiatives from architecture through production, including planning, cross-team coordination, technical reviews, and mentoring.
- Strong full-stack and distributed-systems expertise, with depth in application scalability
- Experience with service-provider networking and technologies such as IP, MPLS, SR-TE, SRv6, IS-IS, BGP, Ethernet services, or optical transport.
- Experience with databases, messaging systems, and event-driven architectures.
