Senior Pricing Analyst

Eaton’s Aerospace Division is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team! This will be a hybrid position based at either the Jackson, MI or Beltsville, MD location.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

## What you’ll do:

Leverage advanced analysis and market research to create pricing strategies that align product value with market conditions and support profit maximization. Work cross-functionally with Contracts, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support customer fact-finding, audits, and negotiation activities.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the price analysis, strategy, authorization, and negotiation of COE proposals.
• Evaluate historical data, competitive information and product features to develop customer/product specific pricing.
• Lead Division wide pricing initiatives to optimize profitability and process flow.
• Serve as a mentor and cross-functional back-up to other Pricing Analysts.
• Strategic pricing analysis and optimization of momentum pricing for the profit plan with the balanced goal to grow the business profitably.
• Support Profit Plan and Monthly Realized Price Variance Analysis.
• Strategic pricing analysis and optimization of momentum pricing for the profit plan with the balanced goal to grow the business profitably.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

## Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in a business-related field.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Aerospace industry knowledge.
• Strategic pricing experience in value and market pricing methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP.
