We are seeking a reliable and motivated Porter who takes pride in maintaining beautiful, welcoming communities for our residents and guests.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday - Saturday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bonus Opportunities + $50 Monthly Cell Phone Stipend

No Experience Required! Paid Training Provided.

Forestplace Apartment Homes is looking for a dependable and hardworking Porter to help keep our community clean, attractive, and welcoming for residents and guests.

If you enjoy staying active, working both indoors and outdoors, and taking pride in a job well done, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property
• Remove litter and debris from grounds and parking areas
• Clean common areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, clubhouse, fitness center, and leasing office
• Assist with trash removal and curb appeal
• Support apartment turns and light maintenance projects
• May receive stretch assignments on occasion
• Pressure wash, sweep, mop, and perform general cleaning tasks
• Document completed work using company software (training provided)

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and dependable work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Janitorial, groundskeeping, maintenance, landscaping, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
