Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Strategy Management:
- Create sales plans, profit targets, and market strategies.
- Find new business growth opportunities in target markets.
- Reach set goals for revenue and sales growth.
- Assess market attractiveness, customer potential, and commercial viability to prioritize targeted pursuits.
- Lead high-value sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.
- Manage day-to-day business operations
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments to strengthen market positioning and competitive advantage.
Financial Management:
- Take full charge of profit and loss (P&L).
- Build accurate cost estimates, pricing models, and business proposals.
- Monitor the performance of the business via business analytic platform and CRM platform
Client Relations:
- Build strong ties with key customers.
- Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key global and regional customers, acting as a trusted partner to support long-term business growth.
- Fix customer complaints and answer special requests.
- Manage key accounts to keep customer loyalty high.
Requirements:
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Biopharma or a related field
Experience :
- More than 10 years of experience in business development, strategic sales or commercial leadership roles life science, biopharma or chemical supply chain industry
Others
- At least 8 years of experience managing customers and growth opportunities
- Strong knowledge of Contract Logistics and/or Service Logistics
- Proven track record in large-scale B2B sales, contract negotiations, and business development.
- Experience developing growth strategies, sector plans, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence C-suite customers and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience leading complex regional or global bids and strategic sales pursuits.
