Please note: Sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and manage the open customer order book to identify fulfillment risks and supply constraints.
  • Prioritize customer orders in accordance with established policies, business priorities, and demand planning guidance.
  • Lead cross-functional discussions to resolve order fulfillment challenges and customer escalations.
  • Own resolution strategies for at-risk orders, including rescheduling, substitutions, partial shipments, or revised commitments.
  • Partner closely with Customer Service to ensure accurate and timely customer commitments.
  • Act as the voice of the customer while balancing operational realities, inventory availability, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Operations, Product Management, and Commercial teams to resolve supply and fulfillment issues.
  • Execute customer segmentation and allocation strategies during constrained supply situations.
  • Analyze fulfillment challenges and provide root-cause feedback to improve processes and reduce recurring issues.
  • Maintain order integrity and data accuracy within ERP and planning systems.
  • Communicate decisions, risks, and priorities clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Proactively identify emerging risks and escalate issues before they impact customer commitments.
