Associate Solution Manager - Revenue Cycle Management

The Associate Solution Manager is responsible for owning all aspects of WellSky solution life cycles from inception to delivery. The scope of this job includes executing WellSky's solution strategy in order to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients and prospects to understand their needs and objectives and represent these items internally across WellSky.
• Contribute to the creation of roadmaps by identifying projects, determining scope, and providing high level timelines.
• Review simple client requests and translate them into design and requirements that address the market needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver features from detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Assist with setting priority for stories or features to be developed in order to meet business objectives.
• Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using JIRA, Miro, or other solution mapping or development documentation tools and systems.
• Two years of experience working with products/solutions in an Agile scrum environment.
• Healthcare revenue cycle operational experience in Long Term Care (LTC), Long Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTAC), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRF), Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, or Behavioral Health facilities.
• Experience with multiple Electronic Medical Records applications. 

Job Expectations:

• Willing to travel up to 20% based on business needs
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
• Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
• Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
