The Job
The Tax Analyst, based in Buenos Aires, will have tax compliance (indirect tax and collector agent) and tax reporting responsibilities related to WBD’s Argentina and Chilean operations. 

The Daily – Major Activities
Responsibilities include assisting the Tax Manager in the following activities:
• Preparation of monthly tax filings including indirect tax and collector agent, in accordance with the rules and regulations of the federal, local and municipal tax authorities.  This includes maintenance of Tax Customer and Vendor Master data in coordination with GBS/Shared Service Centers.
• Assisting in the preparation of supporting files and workpapers for the Annual Income Tax filings, transfer pricing filings and other required annual filings.
• Supporting Tax Manager or Senior Analysts with internal and external tax audits and other information requests.
• Providing support in completing US GAAP tax reporting workpapers for corporate.
• Preparation of tax account reconciliations and other internal control support related to tax accounts.  Responsible for maintaining clear, organized, and accurate records and filings.
• Assisting Tax Manager in other recurring activities, specific projects or priorities that may arise

The Essentials
• Undergraduate accounting student with at least 10 completed courses (Accounting and tax qualifications are desirable). 
• Hands-on experience with local indirect tax and collector agent regimes filings
• Working knowledge of SAP, Excel and ARCA interfaces
• Oral and written communicational skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with other teams, including accounting & finance teams, corporate tax partners, as well as with outsourced accountants in the local countries

The Nice to Haves
• 1-2 years of accounting of tax experience
• An upper-intermediate English is desirable.
• Media / entertainment industry background helpful.
