Manufacturing Production Team Leader
Location: Spondon, Derby, United Kingdom
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 per year

What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate teams working across 24/7 operations and core working schedules.
- Execute site plans and support daily operational excellence.
- Review key performance indicators, identify performance gaps, and assign corrective actions.
- Ensure production teams have the resources, raw materials, supplies, and technology needed to operate effectively.
- Coordinate daily activities to support safety, quality, reliability, and engagement goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements using Lean techniques.
- Work with learning, stewardship, asset, and technology leaders to resolve operational barriers and develop team capability.
- Conduct operational walkthroughs, reinforce best practices, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Build a culture of accountability, engagement, operational learning, and continuous improvement.
