19.65 - 20.00 USD Per Hour

Working Location:

Fresno, CA

Working Hours/Shift:

Monday thru Friday 8am to 430pm

What you bring to SBHG:

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED, HiSET, etc.) required.

Experience:

• (1) year of general office experience is preferred.
• (1) year in an inpatient or outpatient medical setting with clerical experience in opening and closing medical records AND/OR front-office receptionist experience preferred.

 

How you will make a difference:

Provided administrative support by entering client information, reviewing documents for accuracy, and scanning records into the electronic medical records system. Maintained data in tracking systems, scheduled appointments for psychiatrists, and assisted with front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and processing mail. Ordered office supplies, maintained office equipment, audited scanned client records for errors or missing documents, and ensured corrections were completed. Also provided telephone support by directing calls, taking messages, and offering coverage for other Community Services staff and programs as needed.

• Skills & Services: Data entry, File auditing, Office support, and Record management
• Role specific Benefits & Reimbursements: Mileage reimbursement included at a rate of $0.85 per mile and Monthly stipend included (Cell phone / Internet)
