On-Call Flex Concierge Agent (Part-Time) – Boston Seaport

Apex Concierge Services is a Boston luxury residential concierge company serving high-end apartment communities in the Seaport. We're launching a new On-Call Flex Concierge Agent role: one trusted, cross-trained professional who steps in when a scheduled team member calls out, so our residents never see a gap in service.

How it works

- Paid standby every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM (15 hours/week)

- Stay reachable by phone during standby. When called, you head to one of our three Seaport properties

- Cover concierge, lobby and package room shifts to each property's standards

- Guaranteed minimum of 5 paid hours on every standby day, whether or not you're called in

- Optional extra shifts on other days, your choice

Pay

- $15.00/hour on standby (including travel when called in)

- $22.00/hour once you arrive on site

- Paid cross-training at all three properties before you start, at $22.00/hour

- Paid weekly

Schedule and term

This position starts with a one-month pilot from Thursday, November 5 through Saturday, December 5, 2026, including Thanksgiving weekend. Paid cross-training is planned for October 29 – November 4. After the pilot, Apex will decide whether the role continues.

What you'll do

- Greet residents and guests with five-star hospitality

- Receive, log and release packages with full accuracy

- Write clear, complete shift logs so the next team member can act on them

- Follow each property's post orders and Apex service standards

Requirements

- Available every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM, November 5 – December 5, 2026, including Thanksgiving weekend

- Able to answer a call or text within 15 minutes during standby

- Able to reach any of our Seaport properties within 30–60 minutes of being called

- At least 1 year of experience in concierge, front desk, hotel, residential building or security work

- Strong written communication; you'll write shift logs other people rely on

- Comfortable using a smartphone app for scheduling, time clock and team chat

- Professional, calm and dependable under short notice
