Sleak help leaders develop business-critical capabilities across their team through voice-based AI coaching and training. As Account Executive, you will own complex DACH opportunities from first conversation to signature. You will sell €25k–€100k+ deals, work directly with the founders, and help build Sleak’s repeatable commercial engine.
Tasks
- Own the complete sales cycle, from pipeline creation to closing.
- Run discovery and translate customer challenges into clear business cases.
- Demonstrate Sleak and design focused pilots with measurable success criteria.
- Navigate executives, People Development, IT, security, procurement, and works councils.
- Negotiate and close €25k–€100k+ mid-market and enterprise deals.
- Maintain disciplined deal plans, CRM data, next steps, and forecasts.
- Bring customer insights back into Product and Marketing.
Requirements
- Strong track record in B2B software sales.
- Experience closing complex mid-market or enterprise deals.
- Excellent discovery, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Confidence navigating multiple stakeholders and longer sales cycles.
- Willingness to prospect and create pipeline when needed.
- Fluent German and strong business English.
- High ambition, resilience, and ownership.
