Main Responsibilities
1. Manage inventory of facilities and equipment, also coordinate maintenance and replacement activities.
2. Manage and supervise routine maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems such as electricity, plumbing, etc.
3. Manage contracts with external vendors related to maintenance, equipment, and other services.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil), or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, repair operations, or logistics support.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, utility management, building infrastructure, and repair operations.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics facility operations, including equipment maintenance and vendor management.
• Good understanding of budgeting, maintenance planning, cost control, and operational efficiency improvement.
• Knowledge of QHSE principles, including safety awareness, risk management, and compliance with operational standards and procedures.
