BODY SHOP PAINTER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
- Mix and apply paint using spray equipment
- Match paint colors and finish vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Perform touch-ups, blending, and detailing work
- Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
- Maintain paint booths and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

BODY SHOP PAINTER QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a body shop painter, auto painter, or collision painter
- Knowledge of paint systems, mixing, and application techniques
- Ability to match colors and produce high-quality finishes

- Valid driver’s license preferred

BODY SHOP PAINTER SKILLS
Strong skills in automotive painting, refinishing, surface preparation, sanding, masking, priming, and paint application. Experience with color matching, blending, and finishing techniques using modern paint systems and spray equipment.
Knowledge of collision repair processes, paint booth operations, and safety procedures. Ability to produce high-quality finishes and maintain consistency in a high-volume body shop environment.
