Front Desk Receptionist

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | $20.00/hour

The Position

As the first point of contact for our members and guests, the Front Desk Receptionist sets the tone for every visit to the Club. We're looking for a warm, professional presence to manage front desk operations, handle member and guest inquiries, and support the administrative needs of the Club day to day.

This role also comes with something rare in club hospitality: a true Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 am to 5 pm, no nights or weekends. If you've worked front desk or reception roles built around rotating shifts, this is a chance to do the work you're good at on a schedule you can actually plan a life around.

What You'll Do

• Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
• Answer phone calls and inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate department
• Provide information about the Club's amenities, events, and services
• Book and manage dining reservations and keep the relevant team informed of their status
• Maintain accurate records of member and guest interactions
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Assist with general office tasks, including data entry and filing
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentation-ready
• Ensure informational materials are current and readily available
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with members, guests, and team members
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with reservation systems or Jonas is a plus
• Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
• Experience in a country club, golf facility, or hospitality setting is a plus
