Your Role as an SLPA
As a Home Care SLPA, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the home setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in implementing individualized speech and language treatment plans under the direction of a licensed SLP
- Conduct in-home therapy sessions to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic skills, and related functional abilities
- Support patients with swallowing and speech-related goals as appropriate to the plan of care
- Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising SLP
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to ensure continuity of care

Requirements
Need to have:
* Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license
* Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
* Afternoon availability
Nice to Have:
* Previous home care experience
* Monday–Friday availability
