THE JOB:
Ready to kickstart your bartending journey in one of the most exciting destinations on the East Coast? As an Apprentice Bartender at MGM National Harbor, you'll learn the craft, support a talented bar team, and help create unforgettable guest experiences. THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assist bartenders with preparing beverages, mixes, garnishes, and bar setups
Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar area
Stock and replenish alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, garnishes, ice, and supplies
Properly label, organize, and store products according to company and safety standards
Clean and polish glassware, equipment, tools, and workstations
Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment
Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to inquiries and anticipating guest needs
Support bartenders and teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority and escalate issues when necessary
Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service guidelines
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 21 years of age
1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as an apprentice bartender working in a similar resort setting. (preferred)

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$18.17
This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
