Analyst / Senior Analyst - Insurance Operations

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Billing Team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office.

This position will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing operations while supporting the Fiduciary Operations team in delivering quality service across the region.

Analyst / Senior Analyst - Insurance Operations

We will count on you to:

• Process complex insurance billing transactions, including invoice issuance and accruals, accurately and within agreed service levels.

• Prepare and process complex insurance documentation, ensuring records are complete and up to date.

• Manage and prioritize your workload to achieve individual SLA, KPI and Quality targets.

• Adhere to company policies, quality practices and operational procedures.

• Maintain a basic understanding of insurance products and relevant legislation.

• Work with Senior Operations Services Executives and Team Leaders to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

• Perform ad hoc Team Leader duties to support the Operations team when required.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders while supporting business operations across Malaysia, Singapore or Hong Kong, depending on business requirements.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.

• Experience in insurance billing or insurance operations (At least 2 years for Analyst, 3 - 5 years for Senior Analyst)

• Experience issuing invoices and processing insurance billing activities.

• Insurance industry experience, preferably within General Insurance (Non-Life).

• Good understanding of insurance documentation and billing processes.

• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
