As the Boutique Manager of our prestigious Hamburg location, you will be at the forefront of delivering this vision. You will lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team of 15 employees, driving commercial success while upholding the Maison's commitment to unparalleled client service.

What You'll Do:

Lead & Inspire: Foster a collaborative and engaging team environment, acting as a role model and coach to cultivate individual talents and drive collective success.
Drive Commercial Performance: Develop and execute innovative boutique strategies that leverage omnichannel opportunities to maximize sales and exceed targets.
Elevate Client Experience: Champion exceptional client experiences, building lasting relationships and fostering client loyalty through personalized service and engagement.
Strategic Implementation: Implement the Maison's corporate marketing and sales guidelines, ensuring brand consistency and driving strategic initiatives.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all boutique operations, ensuring compliance, optimizing efficiency, and promoting best practices across the organization.
Represent the Maison: Embody the Cartier spirit and represent the Maison at internal meetings, events, and special occasions, enhancing our presence as a top luxury brand in Hamburg.

What You'll Bring:

Proven Leadership: Several years of experience successfully leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams within a luxury retail environment.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies, leveraging data and insights to drive performance.
Client-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for creating exceptional client experiences and building lasting relationships.
Adaptability & Innovation: Embrace change and navigate the evolving retail landscape, leveraging new digital tools and technologies to enhance the client journey.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, compliance, and visual merchandising.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English.
